Individual contributor to the SEO department, the SEO Specialist is responsible for establishing and carrying out organic search strategy for assigned customers. It is up to the specialists to handle all of the client’s services—from doing research to preparing monthly strategy plans to rectifying the findings of site health checks—in order to assist customers achieve their goals. Strong time management, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in this profession, which requires a high level of expertise in the field of search engine optimization. Specialists are responsible for between 20 and 30 clients, so they must be able to manage their time well and finish their work precisely and effectively if they want to be successful. Tasks have varied recurrence and completion dates, necessitating flexibility and organization in the face of constantly shifting demands. While previous SEO expertise is not necessary for this position because of the training offered, success in this work is dependent on the ability to think critically, manage one’s time well, and remain cool under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Antenna’s customers benefit from increased traffic, conversions, and ROI by doing and/or supervising competition analysis, keyword research, content production, website experience enhancements, and link building.
• Develop and implement the finest search engine optimization methods into our content marketing initiatives, including the updating of current material and the provision of strategic advice to our content team about the keywords and titles to target in future content.
• Have a monthly meeting with customers and performance managers to go through the monthly reports, future plan execution, and any queries or problems that customers may have on a defined timeline. Schedule
• Research assigned clients’ organic search strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats utilizing a defined approach and critical thinking and reasoning.
• The aim is to improve SEO performance for each client’s KPIs (search visibility, traffic, leads, engagement metrics, and conversions) by executing on-site and off-site SEO methods.
• Utilize tools of the trade, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Trends, Moz, Yext, and more, to maximize productivity, efficacy, and efficiency.
• With the help of clients, the account team and research, as well as an analysis of existing results, you may build a strategy for SEO success.
• Monitor the success of the campaign attentively and regularly in order to proactively identify problems and fix them with the team.
• Check search terms, rankings, and analytics all the time to see how written, video, and audio content is doing and make suggestions for improvement.
• Integrated campaigns need tight collaboration with a wide range of team members in order to share insights and manage the various channels in order to meet our customers’ overall goals

Skills:

• Antenna’s specialty is search engine optimization, and she has been doing it for the last two to three years.
• Excellent communication abilities. You can’t just know the right answer; you also need to be able to explain it well and work well with others.
• SEO principles and current best practices are critical requirements for this role. Thinkers in the field of search engine optimization (or can if given the opportunity)
