Qualifications:

• capable of working on numerous little or mid-sized tasks (or huge, difficult ones) while preserving quality and momentum.
• Once every week, the supervisor will provide project-specific direction.

• Capable of working with and building connections with product managers, business leaders, and clinical/operational champions.
• competent to lead stakeholder workshops, user groups, and participatory design sessions to gather input and requirements.
• skilled at advocating for design strategy and (human-centered design (HCD) inside a bigger organization and convincing its members of the benefits of these approaches.
• conducts primary and secondary research to investigate emerging themes, competing perspectives, and practical implications (such as market research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, anthropological observation, etc.).
