We are seeking for a general Accountant whose responsibilities include analyzing and reporting financial data, coordinating month/quarter/year-to-date closing processes, maintaining fixed asset listings, supporting corporate accounting/external requirements, and developing and maintaining internal audit procedures and documentation. This individual will also play a key role in future system installations and updates.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, as well as relevant professional experience, are all required prerequisites.
• Maintain constructive relationships with Club staff, Development staff, service suppliers, and vendors.
• If you have prior Oracle ERP experience, that would be great.
• The federal and state governments both face well-known budget constraints.
• Paylocity is used to review and process weekly paycheck.
• Reconciliations and changes to the general ledger.
• Daily recording methods, month-end close, and the deployment of suitable internal controls are all essential to assure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
• The grant management function is enhanced by monthly billing and monitoring of grant revenue and spending.
• Weekly, process vendor payments online.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive accounting experience is needed.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills are required for this position.
• Strong computer abilities, particularly with Microsoft Office software, are essential.
• Ability to work with personnel on-site and off-site, and across time zones.
• The ability to meet a variety of deadlines while prioritizing a large number of tasks.
• This job needs strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
