As such, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Business Planning Finance team. This individual will play a crucial role in the company’s pursuit of sustainable, balanced, and brand-building expansion through the formulation, implementation, and management of appropriate business plans and strategies. This individual will perform routine and ad hoc analysis to generate financial insights that can be used to inform decision-making and help shape the company’s future. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, is proficient in Excel, thinks creatively, and has a strong desire to advance in their career.

Qualifications:

• Provide your business partners with information on the costs and benefits of various options. You make defensible calls of judgement in murky situations where information is scant or hard to get by.
• Effective communication requires the use of active listening skills so that information can be conveyed verbally and in writing with precision and clarity. Depending on who you’re talking to, you may need to change your tone while expressing serious financial problems. It’s clear that your communications have an impact on the company’s ability to make crucial decisions.
• Constantly analyze the company’s financial data from all departments to spot trends, potential threats, and promising new prospects. Co-create speedy and efficient measures with upper management.
• Report on the company’s profitability on a monthly and quarterly basis, and assess how well it is doing in comparison to its strategic plan, budget, and most recent financial estimate.
• Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models used, to provide more timely and relevant insights across our margin landscape.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis including scenario planning and investment analysis that aid in decision-making across the enterprise.
• Find and support activities that enhance the global finance community and promote professional development across the industry, such as inclusion and diversity programs.
• Manage the company’s financial records. In order to affect strategic decision making and planning, it is important to grasp the input drivers and assess the reporting fidelity. You may use data to find game-changing insights and offer guidance to CEOs throughout the world.
• Fight for what you believe in, respectfully disagree with others, and make a point of fostering dialogue that leads to new insights, a more nuanced understanding of complex issues, and better outcomes.
• You detect, address, or offer advice to address difficult data integrity concerns with Controllership as your main focus. You strengthen safeguards to deal with monetary risk and encourage thrift.

Skills:

• Educated to the level of Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Other Analytical Field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
• Credentials in the field of accounting include the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• have three years of relevant job experience and a master’s degree, or have at least five years of relevant work experience in finance.
• Exhibited strong communication and presentation abilities while working with a wide variety of colleagues and upper-level management.
• Familiarity with additional financial systems and large-scale data mining and reporting technologies (such SQL, MS Access, Essbase, and Cognos) is a plus (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
