To assist the sales team, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Administrator who will plan, carry out, and manage direct marketing initiatives to both current and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • helping the branch manager to maintain and update the spreadsheets used to track inventory, classifying re-cons, new machines, and accessories using the list of serial numbers.
  • delivering presentations, organizing events, and other administrative duties as needed for company leaders.
  • Serve as the company’s public face, greeting and assisting customers, affiliate sales agents, vendors, and other outside contacts.
  • Provides guests with a warm welcome and prospective employee with employment packets in a timely way while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Place orders for name tags, business cards, and other errands like zip forms, digital ink, and other company software.
  • Give sales representatives assistance with social media and marketing so they can concentrate on the expansion of their companies.
  • document management (including faxing, scanning, and retrieval), data entry (including spreadsheets, reports, and account information), and office administration.
  • providing administrative support to the office by completing tasks given to you by the branch manager, sales manager, or other team members.
  • Provide marketing, advertising, and information technology support to sales staff as needed.
