  • Being able to encourage both internal and external teams to build consumer-centric experiences.
  • Management of editorial calendars (EC) from inception to final reporting must be ensured, according to prescribed process processes.
  • Assist in the evaluation and procurement of advertising channels such as print, digital and outdoor media as well as broadcast and streaming audio media with media buyers and suppliers.
  • To stay on top of the latest social media trends, learn how to successfully apply them to client work and train newer staff on how to use these trends in their own work as they grow.
  • Prepare, deliver, and contextualize social media reports to clients; develop, convey, and implement strategic recommendations based on the contents of social media reports


  • The ability to analyze data and be comfortable getting your hands dirty in the process is essential. Verified data-driven decision-making skills and marketing optimization are both necessary.
  • Ability to analyze, grasp, advise and evaluate media analytics tools and technology to ensure that they aid in the formulation and implementation of more effective media programs.
  • The ability to establish agency and media landscape direction, including agency-wide initiatives, altering the way teams go to market, and generating industry-changing thinking is essential for this position.
  • Extensive experience working in online and offline retail environments, as well as a strong understanding of digital and direct response marketing across key channels such as paid social, display, search, and affiliate marketing, is required.
  • They must be able to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced atmosphere and be self-motivated.
