The daily analysis, investigation, and settlement of complicated and varied business partner requests fall within the purview of an operations specialist. Administration of clearly defined procedures, analysis, corporate standards, and unconventional methods are among the functions. Actively and consistently assumes responsibility for all responsibilities of the position, including achieving deadlines and effectively managing time in relation to work queues. This guarantees that productivity and efficiency are not compromised. The operations procedures of the business unit and their effects on other units within the operations function should be thoroughly understood. knowledge gained through on-the-job training and increasingly responsible operations analysis tasks. Maintaining subject matter competence, being openly acknowledged as an authority by peers, and giving advice and direction to other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit impeccable judgment whenever you are responsible for making a decision or carrying out a task independently.
  • Keeping our court researchers in the loop and adhering to established criteria.
  • Keeping an eye on and following up on late search requests with our court researchers
  • Develop and achieve challenging performance goals in support of individual development and organizational goals. Monitor and track progress of goals.
  • Maintain compliance with SLAs while finishing work to the current standards of precision, timeliness, and volume.
  • Improve your coding skills by staying current on activity codes, coding standards, and company policy and procedure as they pertain to coding.
  • Provide expert advice to customers and associates as needed.
  • Expected to take on and resolve the most complex client relationships, problems and issues.
  • Will take charge of fixing issues and making sure they get fixed properly and quickly.
  • Determine where the process might be enhanced and suggest changes. If necessary, lend a hand in or take charge of arranging for the implementation of the shift.

Skills:

  • Independent thinking is a must, as is the willingness to make decisions and carry them out.
  • Capability to interact with employees at various levels of the company and with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Capability to reply to frequent questions or concerns from customers, regulatory bodies, or the business community.
  • You’ll need to have stellar customer service skills because you’ll be dealing directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve order issues.
  • Superb proficiency with computers; I am especially impressed with your command of Microsoft Office and the other web-based apps we’ve discussed.
