Job Description

While overseeing the company’s media strategy, the Media Director will delegate responsibilities and make decisions while also keeping an eye on the timeline and budget for each output. Directly under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

  • It’s important to stay current on social media trends, devise ways to incorporate them into your clients’ work, and educate younger staff members on the potential importance of new and emerging trends.

  • Having the capacity to make effective recommendations based on knowledge, experience, and data is a prerequisite for someone with this kind of education.

  • An audience strategy for a certain demographic should be devised for each media campaign.
  • Customers will receive and interpret social media reports from you; you will generate and provide strategic suggestions based on the contents of social media reports.
  • Assist media buyers and sellers in analyzing, negotiating, and purchasing advertising channel options – including print, internet, outdoor, television, and radio/streaming audio, among others.
  • Procedural guidelines must be adhered to in order to ensure the proper administration of editorial calendars (EC).
  • Coworkers in creative services, digital, and marketing should coordinate their efforts in order to make sure that the business objectives of clients and communications activities are properly linked.

  • Ability to interpret, comprehend, advise, and analyze media analytics tools and technologies in order to design and execute more successful media programs.
  • know a lot about digital and direct response marketing. You should be able to use Paid Social (advertising), Display, Search, and Affiliates in this case. You should also know how to run a multi-channel store and drive online-offline initiatives.
  • Have had success in shaping the direction of an agency and the media environment, including agency-wide projects, altering the way teams go to market, and promoting industry-changing ideas
