The IT Program Manager oversees the program’s day-to-day operations and creates long-term and strategic goals to guarantee that client needs are met. Performs horizontal integration planning and interfaces with various functional areas to enable timely implementation of technological solutions and timelines.

Qualifications:

• One or more information technology and systems functions that support corporation business operations and technical information systems platforms are under the leadership of this individual.
• Develop, implement, and assess techniques for measuring the quality and efficiency of collaboration, including metrics, internal process improvement, Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions, among other things.
• Every day, the IT team, partners, and suppliers work together to find and solve operational problems. They work closely together and collaborate closely with each other.
• Plan and organize tasks including hardware and software installation and updates, programming and systems design, computer network creation, and site deployment on the Internet and intranet.
• Participate in professional gatherings outside of your company to stay up to date on industry developments. To stay up to date on what’s going on at these sites, form ties with other project managers in the legal and other areas.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management on budget, risk, and other key factors.
• Make sure all activities are performed on time, that client tasking instructions are clear and exact, that contract workers are qualified to complete the jobs, and that any potential personnel issues are avoided.
• Employ more project managers and other staff as needed to balance supply and demand across their portfolio’s ongoing and upcoming projects.
• All of these things are examples of “delivery excellence,” which is when you use a framework for managing client projects and industry best practices to make sure your work is done well.
• Create and put in place efficient processes and procedures that allow the team to respond quickly to surges in demand for contract staff. Ascertain that the SLA is met.

Skills:

• It’s necessary to have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar recognized Project or Program Management qualification.
• It is necessary to have an IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• There must be at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the public and/or private sectors in the fields of IT and/or consulting to apply.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modelling, leadership strategies, production methods, and people and resource coordination, as well as economic and accounting concepts and practices and the financial market.
• A minimum of three (3) years of program/project management experience, preferably in mobile networking products or cloud-native/SaaS solutions, leading strategic software development programs/projects is required.
