As such, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Business Planning Finance team. This individual will play a crucial role in the company’s pursuit of sustainable, balanced, and brand-building expansion through the formulation, implementation, and management of appropriate business plans and strategies. This individual will perform routine and ad hoc analysis to generate financial insights that can be used to inform decision-making and help shape the company’s future. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, is proficient in Excel, thinks creatively, and has a strong desire to advance in their career.

Qualifications:

• Actively examine financial results from many parts of the organization to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, and assist senior management in developing timely and impactful actions.
• Finding, fixing, or advising on fixing difficult data integrity issues is your main priority as Controller. You tighten up the screws in an effort to reduce costs and financial risk.
• Be responsible for keeping an eye on the company’s financial records. Strategic decision-making and planning can be influenced by gaining an understanding of the input drivers and assessing the reporting integrity. Use information to find game-changing concepts, then advise CEOs around the world on how to implement them.
• Pay attention so that you can relay information (orally and in writing) in a style that is crystal clear, concise, and free of ambiguity. Modifying your approach may be necessary to effectively convey diverse audiences with complex financial problems. The messages you send have a significant impact on crucial business decisions.
• In order to give more timely and relevant insights throughout our margin landscape, we must constantly search for ways to improve the procedures and models we use.
• Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs. You make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where their data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
• Weekly and quarterly reports on the company’s profitability should be submitted. Show how well the long-term plan, the financial plan, and the most recent financial forecast are being followed.
• Execute ad hoc financial analysis, such as scenario planning and investment analysis, to support enterprise-wide decision making.
• Find and support activities that enhance the global finance community and promote professional development across the industry, such as inclusion and diversity programs.
• Take a stand, disagree with others, and resolve to foster open dialogue, bring people together, resolve conflicts, and sway choices.

Skills:

• MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate).
• Educated to at least the undergraduate level in a topic that emphasizes analysis and problem solving, such as finance, accounting, business, economics, or a similar area (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
• Exhibited strong communication and presentation abilities while working with a wide variety of colleagues and upper-level management.
• Have at least five years of relevant work experience in finance, or hold a Master’s and three years of relevant work experience.
• working knowledge of various financial systems and tools for large-scale data mining and reporting (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
