Job Description

The Account Director plays a crucial role in our sales team and is responsible for generating revenue across digital, social, print, and platforms through prospect identification, strategy development, presentation preparation, package and schedule negotiations, and reporting results and problems to management. We’re on the lookout for a driven Sales professional that can take charge of accounts at every level, from direct customers to external agencies, and provide them with comprehensive, innovative solutions across our whole product line. This individual has an intense desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • The status of accounts, proposals, staffing changes, and other relevant matters should be communicated regularly to important internal stakeholders (such as split partners, finance, marketing, etc.).
  • Help customers grasp the company’s message through the use of media such as presentations, reports, data, and marketing and sales materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision-makers at the agency and client levels.
  • Manage all parts of the sales communication and negotiating process, as well as keep senior management up to date with accurate and timely business estimates, projections, and administrative documentation.
  • Develop quarterly and yearly plans for your company’s revenue growth and account portfolio strategy.
  • Find potential customers within the predetermined target verticals, interact with them, and push for a successful close.
  • Create and present alternate solution concepts that accurately reflect the client’s potential.
  • responsible for driving revenue via the sale of bundled services across mediums like video, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablets, and live events.
  • Proven sales professional with extensive experience in prospecting and closing deals in the middle market.
  • Working together with the Marketing Services group to create and supply clients with novel solutions is crucial for maximizing sales.


  • The ability to focus on outcomes and take action to achieve goals while accepting accountability for one’s actions is essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver on schedule and accurately, as well as follow up and follow through.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while assuring work accuracy via attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Outside sales experience with connected platforms is preferred.
