You’ll be in charge of determining the overall strategic direction for many clients as a Creative Strategist. You’ll collaborate across teams to design high-performing advertising, drive creative decision-making, and increase revenue for customers with monthly spends of more than $1 million. This position is ideal for someone who is very strategic, consumer-focused, and dedicated to creating effective, sellable creative. Applicants should be motivated to learn “What makes a successful ad?” for a variety of customers in a variety of sectors. The Creative Strategist will evaluate data sets, debrief huge teams on performance, prepare briefs to be put into commercials, examine consumer research, and give direction and guidance across team functions in one of Company’s most powerful jobs.

  • Manage the planning and approval process for time-sensitive game updates by keeping a content calendar. Manage external creative development in collaboration with the Video Editing team via collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners..
  • Organize and oversee the creative testing process, as well as the dissemination of test findings to relevant parties. Take a look at the latest technology and media outlets. To aid in the adoption of new technologies, provide thought leadership and perspectives.
  • By working closely together, you can ensure that your advertising campaigns are distinctive and memorable, whether they are in print, film or animation.
  • As a member of the partnerships team, conceptualize and present ideas to partners about what their brand can achieve for the company.
  • Continue to learn and understand the main social media platforms and the latest trends in social media and influencers. Make presentations and reports that get the point across and highlight the most important parts of the strategic plan.
  • Industry-leading trend predicting and setting. Identify new tools, social networks, and upcoming technologies to construct customer journeys that can spot disruptive breakthroughs.
  • Manage, inspire, and motivate teams. Review and participate on team deliverables. Inspire, oversee, and promote the work. Develop and manage project deadlines and plans with project managers.
  • Present directly to clients, earning their trust by telling a short, interesting story that explains our strategies and methods. Provide strategic direction to Account teams for brands across the digital ecosystem. You will also work with the creative and brand teams to make and update case studies each quarter that tell the compelling stories of our best work.
  • Manage the creative strategy and development from the idea stage through production and delivery for different advertising channels and mediums.
  • Use the Brand team’s insights and initiatives to learn more about consumers and the brand. Optimize spending and performance by identifying patterns and uncovering insights.


  • 5 or more years of experience as a creative and strategic thinker, preferably in a tech product agency. You should have worked as a Creative Account Manager, Creative Strategist, or Art Director in the past and be ready to focus less on the tools and more on strategy.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to persuade and gain agreement via verbal, written, and visual means, with a track record of successful proposal development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and orally. A creative and strategic thinker, you combine our client’s aims with a logical approach. This means that you can explain a complicated idea in a manner that everybody can grasp.
  • Expertise in the administration of user acquisition campaigns and the creation of content It’s preferable but not necessary to have previous experience with influencer marketing.
  • Concept Live events, video, print, social, digital, and integrated campaigns Presentation software skills required (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
