The Senior Copywriter is the communications team’s chief wordsmith, responsible for attracting and retaining members through persuasive written content. All over the place, online and off, we need to have copy written, edited, and refined regarding our products and services. The Senior Copywriter takes a creative approach to projects and looks for chances to enhance our messaging in addition to assuring the accuracy and brand consistency of our content.

Qualifications:

• Be sure that all messages are sent out on time, are written clearly, and reflect the Elevations tone.
• Supporting all available methods of communication will be easier if teams work together to create and assess content (email, social, blog, digital banking, lead generation, PPC, branch marketing, PR).
• Maintain media rules and act as PR agency’s day-to-day coordinator.
• Gather and incorporate comments on written content from both internal and external stakeholders through collaborative efforts.
• Ask insightful questions of innovative leaders when seeking advice.
• Drive the website content development process as well as high-level, strategic messaging for big projects.
• Updating and refining the brand’s voice and content writing style standards is essential.
• Contribute unique, collegiate level writing and mastering several brand voices and styles.
• Copy should be written and edited to support content, marketing, and organizational aims.
• Write correct copy for assigned projects by researching products and services across all business lines.

Skills:

• familiarity with collaborating on the creation of marketing materials with designers, project managers, and third-party vendors.
• An undergraduate degree is required; a major in business, communications, journalism, advertising, or English is preferable.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in writing, communications, and/or marketing.
• Knowing how to use presentation software and having experience presenting to all audiences (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• In order to solve issues or pursue commercial chances, one must use information, exercise creativity, and act deliberately.
