Qualifications:

• Checks to see if the items have been displayed and priced correctly.
• suggests alterations, such as new products or the elimination of existing ones, to be offered at particular outlets.
• Helps get the word out about the cooperative to the locals, the business community, and other cooperatives.
• provides guidance to employees on how to provide service with a focus on satisfying customers.
• Keeping track of deliveries, checking them against orders, and reporting discrepancies helps keep costs down and stock at an appropriate level.
• daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Sets work hours, vacation days, and other work-related obligations for employees.
• Instruction in the policies and procedures of the organization, as well as training in the specifics of each employee’s position, are all part of this.
• Organizes and leads branch activities to achieve or surpass sales and margin goals.

Skills:

• knowledge of keyboarding, fundamental computer concepts, and software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF, Apple and Android, etc.)
• capability of interpreting data about companies, products, and consumers as presented in marketing reports
• Be a team player with a positive attitude that likes to have fun at work.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in business or a similar subject, as well as two to three years of managerial experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
