This role will assist client relationships by attending to clients’ requirements, fielding questions, preparing advisers for review meetings, and handling other responsibilities as needed.   • Properly dispose of client information; ensure proper management of any old and unneeded information on a regular basis by shredding.
  • Opening and closing of accounts, granting of powers of attorney and trading authority, linking of life insurance and annuity accounts, completion of client registrations, and proactive response to and follow-up on client service inquiries are all in the scope of this role.
  • Trading and accounting software for managing the purchase and sale of fixed income and equity instruments.
  • Your primary responsibilities as a member of the deal team will be to source potential investments, conduct the necessary due diligence, and draft investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Establish and manage client files, as well as generate and prepare reports and databases for file and record keeping, to fulfill regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports and originating correspondence as requested by the firm’s Advisor.
  • Provide front desk service, such as welcoming clients and guests, answering the phone pleasantly, and taking thorough messages when necessary; ensure all customer demands are fulfilled promptly and properly.
  • All electronic correspondence should be read through and answered; problems and concerns should be handled quickly, professionally, and with a focus on resolution.
  • Maintain good operational order for the practice’s use of all shared office equipment, and notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies and make sure that needs, such as things for the break room, are always available.
  • For reporting, scheduling, fee monitoring, and marketing purposes, it is important to keep all client data up to date in the contact management system and contact database.


  • However, those with work experience and some college credit will be considered even if they lack a bachelor’s degree.
  • customer service or client management skills that have been proven. This entails determining the concerns or problems that the client is having, offering solutions, and starting those solutions.
  • Competence with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is desired.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Function independently and productively despite tight deadlines and a high volume of work.
