To that end, we have an opening on our team for an Analyst. For this reason, we are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team and create and deliver products that will let us communicate with customers through their preferred channels. The ideal applicant will be fluent in the Agile software delivery lifecycle and have experience on both the technical and business sides of app development. This person will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Product Owner and the team.

Qualifications:

• The business analytics, departmental or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communicating, and/or strategic planning activities that you create may be of great use to your company.
• On specific projects, you may need to work with the business, development team, and technology.
• Contributes to the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives and projects for the Business Line Unit/Operations.
• Makes ensuring that major strategic decisions are carefully considered with other stakeholders before being implemented.
• uses consistent procedures and several data sources to analyze performance assessment results.
• Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.
• Contributes to the definition and recording of business needs and/or approaches to resolving issues in business operations.
• For the department’s benefit, identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements by gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance data. Create metrics, examine them, and create reports using them.
• Help determine what sort of training is required. Facilitate the processes of training needs analysis and content creation for instructional designers and trainers.
• Analyzes, documents, and describes business requirements that have an impact on strategic initiatives and/or business unit goals.

Skills:

• advanced understanding of stock management, shipping logistics, and accounting practices.
• Knowledge of common computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and familiarity with corporate software is a bonus.
• familiarity with business and management principles pertaining to long-term strategy, budgeting, and manufacturing processes
• skills in reading comprehension, writing, speaking, customer service, and interpersonal relations
• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related subject.
