  • Organize daily cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative documents.
  • Produce letters, organize files, schedule appointments, photocopy, fax, and coordinate travel arrangements for management team.
  • Enquiries are sent to the appropriate project team member through phone or email.
  • Performs basic administrative processes, such as greeting and guiding guests and visitors, assisting colleagues in accessing facilities, and running and maintaining services, in the Administrative services role.
  • Provides broad administrative assistance for projects, including word processing, photocopying, printing, faxing, and emailing.
  • Takes care of a wide range of administrative tasks for the head of the division, such as keeping track of meetings and deadlines, making agendas, and keeping records.
  • Does research, sets priorities, and follows up on issues and concerns that come in, even if they are sensitive. Organizes the right response.
  • Standard communication procedures, such as overnighting documents, will be part of your responsibilities in this position.
  • This is taken into consideration when assessing if a high-level person need a face-to-face interaction. From the most fundamental skills to the most advanced, it’s a profession that demands a broad variety of competencies.
  • Payroll preparation and review; management and storage of personnel files; requisitioning of supplies; all of the above.


  • Understanding and knowledge of business and management concepts involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling and administration, production methodologies, and people and resource coordination
  • Process of obtaining sensitive information with discretion, adaptability, and the highest level of client/customer service and responsiveness are shown.
  • Excellent time management skills that exhibit the ability to manage many tasks at the same time while paying meticulous attention to the tiniest of details.
  • Office Software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as web-based tools, are required. Organize lengthy documents and databases.
  • or a comparable mix of work experience, training, and education equal to an associate degree from an accredited institution or university
