The Accounts Receivable Manager is accountable for managing the whole revenue cycle and the network. Continuously strive to simplify operations, enhance processes, and verify billing procedures adhere to set rules. Responsible for the management of the revenue cycle and other operational tasks that support the organization’s overall goals.

Qualifications:

• By keeping the lines of communication open between internal and external auditors, audit operations may be completed quickly and efficiently.
• Utilizing the Crane intellectual capital process, coaches, counsels, engages, and assesses associate performance to lead, motivate, and develop talent across the organization, including but not limited to immediate direct reports.
• Responsible for all aspects of credit and collection management, including but not limited to the following up on past-due accounts, keeping track of credit risk, onboarding new customers, and doing regular credit checks.
• To guarantee accurate and timely billing close, prepare and evaluate all month-end billing/payment processes.
• Successfully manages the credit and cash management processes while leading the accounts receivable staff.
• Responsible for overseeing the billing staff and ensuring that all billing-related responsibilities are assigned and carried out appropriately.
• In order to keep Molex profitable, the company’s receivable activities must be improved on a regular basis (process and system based).
• Develop strong business ties with key stakeholders in your firm for the greatest results (Risk, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Ensures that clients are treated with respect by communicating effectively and maintaining a professional connection with them.
• Directly oversee regional collections teams and work closely with the outsourced receivable capabilities.

Skills:

• Experience using and being proficient in the software programs included in Microsoft Office (complex formulas, data analytics, pivot table, etc.)
• Ability to exert influence, drive business process, bring about change, engage pro-actively as a leader and advisor, and do so while exemplifying a high degree of responsibility, transparency, and cross-functional cooperation.
• Required knowledge and understanding of order to cash, ERP systems, and accounting.
• Identify and implement solutions, take charge of issues and problems, and suggest process improvements.
• The ability to work in harmony and collaboration with management, other departments, and outside organizations.
