We’re looking for a Treasurer to manage the company’s global banking, investment, and borrowing programs, as well as its risk management processes. The ideal candidate will work as part of a larger Finance team to manage the company’s cash flow to ensure that there are sufficient funds to conduct daily operations, meet financial obligations, and support business growth. This person will also be in charge of global enterprise risk, credit, collections, and insurance.

Qualifications:

• To increase performance, creativity, issue resolution, and outcomes, the ability to engage effectively and constructively with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is required.
• Make short- and long-term cash management strategies, as well as monthly and yearly cash flow estimates.
• Existing electronic banking domain accounts that are still active should be closed. Add new users and roles to the newly created domain.
• Evaluates, advises on, and implements funding sources, investment opportunities, and financial instruments in order to achieve the organization’s financial and treasury goals.
• Strong statistical abilities, such as regression analysis and correlation/causality calculations.
• Other key initiatives relating to service quality, productivity, process simplification, digitalization, and harmonization will be initiated and led as needed.
• Some businesses may need to utilize a cash management bank. Accounts, as well as an electronic banking platform, can be established. Users may be made, each with their own set of responsibilities and levels of authority.
• Define and produce cost, quality, and speed metrics related to the processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• To pool international money in a legal and tax-efficient manner, create a cross-currency notional pooling system. Because of same-day global money access, automatic sweeps from local accounts will be available.
• Establishes and maintains solid, long-term banking partnerships while assuring efficient and cost-effective financial operations.

Skills:

• Make sure the financial software and capabilities are up to date.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.
• The ability to prioritize assignments and work with a varied collection of supervisors.
