Qualifications:

• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Work with supervisors, managers, co-workers and other department members to plan, craft, finalize and execute public safety activities, including daily duties, long-term strategies, orientation week programs and public workshops.
• Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations.
• Noting the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individuals.
• The applicant should be resourceful, critical-thinking, and able to come up with solutions despite restricted resources.
• The employee must obtain a driver’s license.
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• The salary for this position is determined on the number of years of experience.
• Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shift.
