Qualifications:

• Know our current product lines well and be able to explain their features and advantages.
• Manage and oversee CRM program for all end-user leads from tradeshows and sales opportunities.
• Inform people about the company’s sales practices.
• Attend sales team meetings to contribute to setting standards, objectives, and new processes.
• Update all sales staff monthly and weekly on the status of the hardware, industrial, and end-user programs.
• is charge of organizing all trade show-related communications with important hardware and industrial clients.
• Keep lines of communication open between the marketing team and the Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts MRF.
• Monthly and quarterly reports and assessments of sales potential should be submitted.
• To arrange show orders, get in touch with the tradeshow and sales managers for the hardware and industrial key accounts.
• Organize all incentive and price schemes for significant hardware and industrial suppliers.

Skills:

• superior knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment in sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering.
• high levels of social intelligence, initiative, initiative management, planning, organization, communication, writing, and time management.
• Pays close attention to the demands of their customers and is extremely discreet and confidential while handling sensitive information.
• minimum three to five years of sales support experience.
