Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team as part of our efforts to grow. Every day, all calls from clients, leads, and vendors must be routed through and answered “live” by this individual. The sales team may also receive administrative support from the sales support administrator as needed.

  • assisting the branch manager, sales manager, and other office leaders with administrative duties as needed.
  • the office’s primary point of contact with outsiders (clients, affiliates, vendors, etc.), responsible for fostering positive relationships with all parties.
  • Helping the branch manager keep track of inventory by updating spreadsheets and sorting serial numbers into appropriate categories (re-cons, new machines, accessories, etc.).
  • Support social media and marketing efforts so that the sales representatives can concentrate on the expansion of their companies.
  • Responds to guests and visitors with courtesy and professionalism, and supplies application materials to potential employees.
  • sales force support, including training, event organization, key metric report delivery, order tracking (credit), and more
  • Order company supplies including name tags, business cards, zip forms, digital ink, and other office applications.
  • by creating presentations, organizing events, and doing other responsibilities as assigned, provides general administrative support to business executives.
  • Assist sales staff with their requests for corporate marketing, advertising, and IT resources.
  • Generating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets, accounting document faxing, scanning, and retrieval.


  • 2+ years of experience working in an office setting with administrative responsibility.
  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing work demands.
  • superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • very fluent and competent in using business-related social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other company-centric websites.
