Job Title : Second Shift Investment Banking Analyst
Location : Khor Fakkan, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary : $ 24.95 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Schedule calls with clients and potential buyers and attend such calls and meetings.
• Investment opportunities in the building industry are being researched.
• providing assistance to the investment banking team and performing other duties as needed.
• investigating businesses, markets, and industries.
• Although the candidate will first be exposed to the private lending side of the business, they will also have exposure to the full company chain.
• To determine client recommendations, prepare financial and industry analyses.
• Preparing transaction marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Manage the logistics of putting together presentations for potential clients and contributing to the development of the presentations’ content.
• Get the transaction marketing materials ready, including offering memorandums, management presentations, and more.
• Help finish valuation assessments such as comparative public company valuation, precedent transaction value, etc.

Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Highly developed skills in interacting with others, forming and maintaining relationships, listening, and communicating both orally and in writing.
• Proven maturity, integrity, and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team member.
• strong mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to create and analyze models of pro forma financial statements and valuations.
