Qualifications:

• Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external clients to handle problems with material stock inventory levels.
• Checks tools and equipment visually for defects and wear; notifies the supervisor of any flaws or wear.
• Assembles information on materials, tools, supplies, or other items that have been received or dispersed, along with figures for the inventory’s balance, cost, and price.
• To find cost-saving options, manipulating par levels, rearranging points/min/max, and lowering holding costs are used.
• This function receives, unpacks, and stores tools, equipment, and components by checking inventories, keeping an eye on order points, making and expediting orders, and receiving, arranging, and storing products.
• Maintains important records and paperwork; creates standard reports for management approval.
• Physical inventories ought to be included in the planning and execution phases.
• Work professionally with the management team and the rest of the team.
• Use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool to label and identify tools and equipment.
• Conduct phone-based material stock checks, recording and sending any pertinent information.

Skills:

• Candidates must demonstrate prior experience in a fast-paced, professional, team environment with a focus on customer service.
