Currently, we’re in need of a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be tasked with diagnosing complex electrical systems, installing and repairing equipment, all while working with little to no guidance from higher-ups.

Qualifications:

• An engineer uses field measurements to identify faults and corrects them using PLC (PLC). Proper line control programming assures equipment functionality, and job duties include proactive recommendations to improve line performance.
• Every step of handling hazardous or nonhazardous materials or wastes conforms to environmental rules. The EC, EFP/EM, or during training, discover and minimize waste streams by making prudent use of objects and disposing of them properly. In accordance with applicable laws, garbage is collected and stored.
• Within the department, the division, the team, and the organization as a whole, effective working ties are developed and maintained. To prevent interpersonal conflicts, create and maintain a productive working atmosphere by controlling stress and communicating effectively with colleagues.
• To make sure communication and documentation work well, hold switch-over meetings to update wiring diagrams (on paper and in ACAD), computer program change forms (on paper or in Microsoft Office formats), and so on.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to identify areas of inefficiency and probable electrical hazards, and then make adjustments to the process depending on what you learn.
• Work set schedule of 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, Monday through Sunday. The incumbent must be able to regularly work overtime and/or be on call.
• High-speed industrial operations need equipment for can and/or end production, power, lighting, control, and PLC logic controls to be installed, troubleshooter, repaired, and maintained. Every kind of automation control system (VFD), including transducers, proximity sensors and inspection devices are covered in the scope of supply.
• Compliance with all corporate rules and procedures, including, but not limited to, safety, environmental, confidentiality, and code of conduct. Responsible for managing the RMGC Environmental Health and Safety Management system in his or her areas of responsibility.
• Maintenance employees should support all business sites (repairs, inspections, and necessary changes) in completing PMs and work orders as needed.
• Follow all rules, regulations, and procedures for safety at work, as outlined in plant and corporate instructions, to make sure a job is done safely. The SOPs for the area of responsibility will be made and evaluated based on the instructions.

Skills:

• Applicants must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) or GED and five years of related experience. 460/220 3 PH wiring, PLC programming, servo motors, and electrical circuits knowledge.
• Be safety-conscious. The incumbent must know what behaviors might cause harmful responses and how to do each task safely.
• Ability to cope with a wide range of tangible variables and handle practical difficulties in settings where there is only a moderate amount of standardization present. Capacity to comprehend a range of instructions presented either orally, in written form, and/or in the form of a diagram or timetable.
• To be able to read and comprehend written materials such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance procedures, and procedure manuals.. Writing reports and letters on a regular basis is a vital skill set. The capacity to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals inside the firm.
• The ability to do addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals for all units of measure. Capability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as to construct and understand bar graphs.
