As the Company’s Finance Assistant, you’ll help with a wide variety of bookkeeping, financial management, ad hoc analysis, and month-end reporting activities.   • Serve as a point of contact for the administration, technology, and finance departments and foresee demands on the part of the finance team.
  • Attend to supplier inquiries and system-wide supplier account reconciliation.
  • Use your best judgment to determine the order in which to handle incoming messages, meetings, CFO duties, and other documents from principals and others.
  • The process of creating a new supplier account with complete and accurate information.
  • By planning ahead and monitoring the schedule, which includes managing calendars, contact lists, phone calls, and emails, you can control the workflow and priorities of the CFO and the Finance team.
  • Making trip plans, submitting and managing internal requests, and organizing group gatherings are all tasks that fall under the purview of the planner.
  • Get ready for your upcoming internal and external meetings. Get involved in meetings as needed, and follow up with the proper people afterward.
  • Processing purchase invoices and obtaining payment authorization.
  • reconciliation of all prepayment and other accounts on the balance sheet at the end of each month and related action.
  • maintaining a credit system, monitoring payments, and checking in on cash flow.


  • You have a systematized, organized, and productive way of functioning. Whether working alone or in a team, you are able to consistently provide excellent service while paying close attention to the smallest of details.
  • Formal education is superfluous compared to a strong work ethic and mindset. Although a degree is not required, you must have at least an A-level in a business- or numerate-related topic to be considered for the position.
  • Because of the nature of the firm, you will need to be very IT savvy, with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Netsuite is advantageous.
  • You have between one and two years of expertise in administrative and financial system management, preferably in a technical context.
  • You have the motivation, enthusiasm, openness, and receptiveness to learning necessary to grow personally and professionally throughout time.
