Job Description

Internal and external customer orders are made, entered, and managed by the Client Service Lead (through phone, fax, or e-channels). Those at the front line are the ones who deal with inquiries and complaints about service: Resolves all internal and external client inquiries to close the resolution loop (e.g., order status, product information, stock availability, company policies, price quotes, requests for documentation, etc.). Therefore, the customer will not have to repeatedly call about the same problem.

Qualifications:

  • Follow all regulations regarding the storage and disclosure of sensitive information.
  • Take care of both incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy and efficiency.
  • You can get a replacement or a refund.
  • Be punctual and adhere to the established work schedule.
  • Attend all relevant meetings and trainings, and study all newly released documentation, to ensure that you are always up to date on the latest program information, systems, and procedures.
  • Make sure problems are solved in the first email exchange.
  • Concerns from customers should be relayed to the appropriate departments or third parties.
  • Enlarge the scope and depth of existing information.
  • Using the appropriate software and/or spreadsheets, carefully record and process client claims.
  • Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and correctly using your training and familiarity with company policy.

Skills:

  • Ability with Microsoft’s productivity software is required.
  • An excellent eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to communicate effectively are all required.
  • To be competitive, you need have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Worked in retail or an online commerce-related field for at least 2 years.
  • Must be self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
