Qualifications:

• Communicates effectively with Guests to ensure a pleasant experience and resolve concerns. Services Guests in a professional, timely, and friendly manner at all times.
• Dedicated to excellence in service, works hand-in-hand with team members to provide outstanding results.
• A positive attitude and a welcoming tone on the phone are musts.
• Work in a fun and social environment where you’ll be able to earn retail commission in addition to your hourly wage.
• accepts and signs for packages, notifying the addressee of their arrival. Boxes need to be moved and lifted.
• As people enter the spa, they are greeted and/or welcomed, and any questions are answered.
• focuses attention on tools that help establish a business, such as obtaining Guest emails, having product expertise, and hitting salon sales targets.
• Book new appointments, give stylist recommendations to new clients, and take all incoming salon calls.
• Gain from working in a salon with a full range of services that provides the most recent in cutting, design, color, and texture.
• Be well-versed in the wide range of spa and fitness offerings available.

• Keep everything in order to ensure a pleasant salon experience for customers.
• Must love helping people and providing excellent customer service.
• When it comes to hair care products, educating them and persuading them that you are an expert is a winning formula.
• Adept in making stylist appointments and describing available hair services.
• Offer communications geared at guests throughout their stay.
