Qualifications:

• handles package deliveries, including signing for them and notifying the recipient. From time to time, you’ll have to lift and carry crates.
• As members and/or guests enter the Spa, you’ll be there to greet them and answer any questions they may have.
• Provides excellent service through working closely with others to achieve goals.
• Maintains open lines of communication with guests to resolve any difficulties and ensure their satisfaction. Keep a positive attitude and treat guests with respect at all times.
• Make a positive first impression by answering the phone in a happy tone.
• Be well-versed in the wide range of spa and fitness offerings available.
• Use cutting-edge techniques in hair design, coloring, and texturizing at the cutting-edge salon you’ll be working for.
• Take messages, schedule appointments, and offer callers in the salon recommendations for stylists.
• Make extra money on top of your hourly wage plus commission in a fun and friendly retail setting.
• emphasizes business development activities such as email list building, product knowledge, and exceeding salon sales targets.
