The daily support of the sales function is the responsibility of the sales support specialist. In charge of handling the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities, as well as the analysis and reporting of sales data, conveying modifications to sales plans, giving information about clients and rivals, sharing price data, and offering knowledge about consumers. Providing thorough information and assistance to enable the success of sales and marketing together. Communicating sales initiatives to marketing. Evaluating and seeing through the fulfillment of all marketing request forms.

Qualifications:

• Handle and direct the customer relationship management system for all sales leads generated from trade fairs and other end users.
• Attend sales team meetings to set standards, targets, and new practices.
• Keep lines of communication open between the marketing team and the Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts MRF.
• Work together with the sales and trade show managers to plan show orders for clients that need hardware and industrial keys.
• Send monthly and weekly reports to all sales personal on the status of Hardware, Industrial, and end-user programs.
• Manage and communicate all pricing and program specials for industrial and hardware key accounts.
• Control all e-mails sent to and from the Hardware and Industrial key account before and after the trade show.
• being able to speak about the features and advantages of our goods and being educated about our current product lines.
• Inform everyone on the company’s sales policies and practices.
• Complete monthly and quarterly sales opportunity reports, then review any changes.

Skills:

• superior social, organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
• have at least two years of experience in manufacturing sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering.
• Pays attention to client demands while maintaining discretion and secrecy while dealing with sensitive material.
• Excellent computer programming skills are required, as well as a working understanding of the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in sales support are required.
