We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to help our sales team with direct marketing to current and potential customers.

  • Be the friendly and helpful face of the company while interacting with customers, affiliates, suppliers, and anybody else who comes in contact with the business.
  • Help the sales team grow by providing them with social media and marketing support so they can focus on closing deals.
  • Provides broad administrative support to business executives by making presentations, planning events, and other tasks as required.
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining and updating inventory management spreadsheets, including serial number-based classification of reconditioned, new, and accessory items.
  • Assist salespeople whenever they need it with any and all marketing, advertising, and technology needs related to company resources.
  • faxing, scanning, and retrieving of documents, as well as the creation and upkeep of spreadsheets and reports.
  • greets guests and presents employment paperwork to potential applicants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Supporting the Office administratively by completing tasks assigned by the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or other members.
