The Account Managers’ administrative and customer service needs are the key responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator.

  • Provide social media and marketing assistance to sales people so they may focus on growing their companies.
  • helping the branch manager keep track of inventory by sorting serial numbers into appropriate categories for used and new machines and accessories.
  • document management (including faxing, scanning, and retrieval), data entry (including spreadsheets, reports, and account information), and office administration.
  • presents, plans events, and performs other tasks as assigned to provide general administrative support to business executives.
  • In response to requests, assist sales representatives with marketing, advertising, and technological needs relating to corporate resources.
  • Place orders for company supplies like name tags, business cards, zip forms, digital ink, and other office applications.
  • supporting the branch manager, sales manager, and the rest of the team in their day-to-day administrative needs.
  • shows potential employees the necessary documents and greets visitors with courtesy.
  • facilitates sales team development by means of instruction, the distribution of key performance indicator reports, the organization of promotional activities, the monitoring of purchases (credit), and other related services.
  • Be the friendly and helpful face of the company while interacting with customers, affiliates, suppliers, and anybody else who comes in contact with the business.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and adjust to shifting business needs.
  • ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office setting with administrative responsibility.
  • Proficient and skilled in social media applications including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, company web pages.
