  • This individual is responsible for creating and executing a wide range of initiatives, including those aimed at protecting employees’ hearing, managing chemical stocks, communicating potential hazards to workers, and enhancing workplace safety and efficiency. Plan and administer or make arrangements for yearly hearing tests.
  • Takes part in, and perhaps even leads, safety meetings monthly, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering safety training to many departments.
  • Verifies that all safety-related equipment and systems undergo timely testing, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Guarantees that problems are assessed for their potential to cause ILSM and addressed accordingly.
  • Investigate accidents and work with supervisors and workers to develop preventative measures. Put the plan into action and monitor the outcomes.
  • Your help is needed to ensure that our safety policy and zero-accident culture are carried out on the project(s).
  • Help ensure that personnel have received adequate training and participate in the revision and review of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Lockout Procedures.
