The identification, assessment, and management of risk inside the organization are all tasks that the risk manager is in charge of coordinating. The risk manager creates and oversees a systematic procedure for identifying, evaluating, and managing existing and potential loss exposures. Helps the System-Wide Quality and Safety Plan be implemented in accordance with board-approved plans, regulatory and standard-setting organizations, and the Manager of Accreditation/Regulatory Readiness and Patient Safety.

Qualifications:

• Reviewing policies and procedures for compliance and liaising with relevant parties both internally and externally to ascertain current mitigation statuses.
• co-operating with top management to establish and document the level of risk acceptance throughout the company.
• Analyzing current hazards and identifying potential risks are steps in the risk assessment process.
• Make and update tracking spreadsheets to keep tabs on all the calls and reports from residents.
• frequent communication between the client company and the appropriate management level regarding the status of risks.
• Developing continuity plans, guidelines, and rules to reduce risks while increasing productivity.
• creating, developing, and putting into practice an organization-wide risk management procedure.
• Risk assessments involve analyzing future threats and contrasting them to previously addressed hazards.
• Monitoring adherence to action plans, assessing milestones, and noting control deficiencies.
• Developing proposed responses, to include recommendations for corrective actions and mitigations.

Skills:

• Able to put together and present compelling technical arguments to upper management.
• Effective & persuasive in building a network of contacts, creating strong relationships with performing functional areas.
• Ability to visualize, articulate, and condense complex issues into concise, easily understood presentations.
• Competence in setting priorities, working independently with minimal supervision, and meeting strict deadlines
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications such as SAP and Excel, as well as other PC-related tasks.
