The Key Holder who succeeds will place a high priority on customer service, product quality, and visual presentation. As a member of the executive team, the Key Holder must be able to address problems creatively and with a sense of initiative. Through mentoring and responsibility, they will be responsible for motivating a group of Team Members to offer an exceptional guest experience and optimize sales. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the company.

  • Assist store managers with outside sales calls when they need assistance. Ensure that all pages and calls are responded to promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Keeps up-to-date on payment and exchange rules, as well as security procedures and client demands in order to improve service while also lowering security risks.
  • Responds to client enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional way; addresses customer questions and concerns. Maintains an awareness of the guiding principles and POS system updates.
  • This position’s duties also include the ability to conduct tender purchases, accept cash or credit payments, count cash, and deal with customers.
  • As required, appropriately completes all shop opening and closing processes. Assists in maintaining the sales floor, stock room, and outside product area on a daily basis.
  • Input all receiving, shipping, and transfer paperwork into the computer system precisely, reconciling product invoices to products received, shipped, and transferred as required for appropriate inventory.
  • Providing an amazing consumer buying experience that inspires, empowers, reassures, and entices customers to return.
  • Meet and surpass daily sales and productivity goals while enabling others to accomplish the same.
  • Directly help your bosses by doing your job well and with attention to detail.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts quickly, keep shelves stocked, and price things correctly.


  • Capacity to develop and maintain good working connections with coworkers, departments, and the general public.
  • If you have three years of retail or customer service experience and can demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service and sales, apply for this position.
  • Continuous standing and walking; regularly pushing and pulling; sometimes bending, stooping, crawling, reaching above shoulders/kneeling; climbing a ladder; and carrying up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixture components and cartons of merchandise
  • In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Working on a variety of days and places as requested by the company (such as weekends and vacation times).
