Job Description

Right now, we’re seeking for a dishwasher. Dishwasher transfers, sanitizes, and cleans all dishes and utensils after mealtimes, as well as assisting in other dining/kitchen operations as assigned and in accordance with all corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Examine your work processes and issues to see how you may improve customer service, performance, and/or safety.
• Dishwasher water should be changed every hour.
• The company’s mission, vision, and basic values are embodied in this item.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware, and other culinary equipment before placing them in dish machine racks.
• Clean dishes should be kept separate and stacked. Dishes are cleaned and transported to the cook’s line and other approved storage facilities.
• Speak with guests to ensure that they are satisfied with the food and service, as well as to address any complaints.
• Unclean plates are rewashed before being distributed.
• Clean up the area outside the restaurant as well as the rubbish dumpster.
• When the temperature in the dish machine wash or rinse cycle drops below the safe limit, the administrator must be alerted.
• Providing information to bosses, coworkers, and subordinates by phone, written correspondence, e-mail, or in person.

Skills:

• Professionalism and mature judgement in all aspects of life.
• The ability to read and understand written information and concepts.
• Oral and written communication skills are required.
• It is preferable to have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Understand of the principles and methods used to provide guest and personal services, such as assessing visitor needs, meeting service quality standards, and gauging guest satisfaction.
