Qualifications:

• Balances automated teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary (TCRs).
• Make sure that the company’s image is better by giving proactive customer-driven service and getting new business from customers by contacting them and using a customer relationship management system.
• Maintains Bank internal control requirements, such as the timely completion of internal and external audit points, as well as any issues reported by outside authorities.
• Complete consumer AML/BSA/KYC (Know Your Customer) related operations.
• On a local level, to carry out the Group compliance policy by reducing compliance risk in collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture, and optimizing relationships with regulators.
• Keep up-to-date on the products and services the company sells, as well as any federal rules, like the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer rules. If there are flaws in company or regulatory compliance or operational risk controls, report them. If there are violations of regulations, report them.
• You can guarantee that your customers are happy with your service by getting to know them and responding to their queries as fast as feasible.
• Accounts are serviced, loans are made, safe deposit box payments are received, gift card sales are processed, checks are cashed, currency is confirmed, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made.
• Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, conduct daily proof, balance cash on hand, ensure transactions and negotiable items prove to the figures on record in the system.
• To serve as a client’s first point of contact and to make a positive first impression, provide pleasant and efficient customer service.

Skills:

• Communication skills are essential.
• You must be able to work in the United States because the company will not sponsor visas for these positions.
• Strong attention to detail and cash handling skills; transaction processing speed and accuracy.
• A year of customer service and/or sales experience, as well as the ability to handle cash, are required.
• The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a desire to learn and enhance his skills on a constant basis.
