The visual designer will actively participate in creating products and experiences for customers. In order to build interesting and simple user interfaces with results that are sales-driven, this function will shape product features and marketing strategies around user needs. The Visual Designer will work closely with the team’s Creative Directors, Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Engineering Leads on a daily basis. They will support the delivery of sophisticated, attractive design aesthetics in user-centered digital experiences. A quick-thinking, agile atmosphere where numerous projects are being worked on simultaneously while paying close attention to detail is ideal for the effective visual designer. Recent mobile and web-based experiences are required in your portfolio, and any examples of component-based content management systems and/or entertainment brands with compelling key art will put you ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate your familiarity with visual and interface design principles and best practices, as well as usability and accessibility considerations.
• Create unambiguous design standards and style guides with an eye toward technical implementation.
• Give feedback, help solve problems, and make adjustments as needed during the development process.
• Recommend user interface (UI) features that address consumers’ wants; this requires a wide range of knowledge and a solid understanding of users.
• The design team may be able to increase overall understanding of brand guidelines and current design trends through collaborative efforts.
• Develop innovative, eye-catching images and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a premium, polished, and industry-leading message is delivered.
• Assume responsibility for the site’s learn and shop sections’ user interfaces, which includes a variety of tasks such product campaigns, sales campaigns, general merchandising, and daily updates.
• Work with a variety of platforms, such as mobile, experiential, collateral, email, and digital and conventional media campaigns.
• Maintain high quality while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines in an agile product setting.

Skills:

• 2-3 years of UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or in-house product team.
• Experience leading development of comprehensive and versatile digital design systems.
• a solid foundation in user interface best practices and web/mobile usability principles.
• It’s a tremendous plus if your portfolio contains examples of recent mobile experiences. design that is simple and attractive.
• knowledge of the layout and technological potentials and constraints of modern email and browser technology.
