Job Description

First impressions of our hair salon are made by the salon receptionist. You will be in charge of scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, and promoting supplementary services and goods in this role.

Job Title : Remote Salon Receptionist
Location : Umm Al-Quwain, Umm Al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates
Salary : $ 32.68 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Make stylist referrals to new customers, schedule new appointments, and respond to any incoming salon calls.
  • contributes to providing excellent service by working with others.
  • Use cutting-edge techniques in hair design, coloring, and texturizing at the cutting-edge salon you’ll be working for.
  • places emphasis on business development initiatives like email list creation, product expertise, and meeting salon sales quotas.
  • accepts, signed for, and notifies the addressee of the arrival of parcels. Boxes need to be moved and lifted occasionally.
  • Answer the phone with a cheerful and upbeat approach.
  • Has positive interactions with visitors to solve their issues and improve their stay. Always act in a professional and friendly manner toward customers.
  • Receive an hourly wage in addition to commission in a lively retail setting.
  • greets members and/or visitors as they enter the spa and answers any questions.
  • Learn the ins and outs of general spa/fitness services and programs.

Skills:

  • To ensure that clients have a positive salon experience, keep everything organized.
  • a love of people and hospitality is a requirement.
  • Encourage clients by answering questions and demonstrating your knowledge of hair care products.
  • able to describe the various hair services and schedule appointments with stylists.
  • Deliver customer-focused interactions throughout the duration of the guest’s stay.
