The Sales Help Specialist assists dealers in achieving their business goals by offering support to them in the areas of sales, marketing, sales/finance programs, and dealer portal navigation under the direction of the Sales Operations Director and team lead(s). helps with territory management via proactive collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM).

Qualifications:

• Coordinate all pre- and post-show interactions with major hardware and industrial accounts.
• Manage and communicate all pricing and program specials for industrial and hardware key accounts.
• Oversee and manage the customer relationship management system for all sales opportunities and leads generated by attending trade shows.
• Maintain communication with Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts to coordinate Show orders with Tradeshow and Sales Managers.
• Attend sales team meetings to set standards, targets, and new practices.
• Maintain open lines of communication between the Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts MRF and the marketing team.
• Provide sales employees with weekly and monthly updates on the status of hardware, industrial, and consumer-facing projects.
• Share the company’s sales policies and procedures with everyone.
• Be knowledgeable about our current offerings and prepared to discuss their advantages and features in an informed manner.
• Complete monthly and quarterly sales opportunity reports, then look through any alterations.

Skills:

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and writing abilities.
• a minimum of two years’ worth of experience working in sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering in a manufacturing setting
• Strong computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
• Three to five years’ minimum of experience providing support for sales.
