Job Description

Quality management is overseen by the Quality Manager. From the arrival of raw materials through the distribution of final goods, it is your job to keep an eye on the production process and make sure everything is up to snuff with regards to quality. Improves lSO 9001 standards, follows EHS safety procedures, and meets all other mandatory governmental, procedural, and regulatory requirements. A culture of continuous improvement that supports the Brand promise and operational excellence must be developed, nurtured, and ingrained. The person in this role is tasked with finding team members and getting them involved in developmental activities that will help them grow and the company as a whole.

Qualifications:

  • Budgets are created using a zero-based approach, and quality costs are managed. Develops budget plans using a zero-based methodology and manages Quality expenses.

Skills:

  • An equivalent mix of education and experience is acceptable in place of the required bachelor’s degree (preferably in the healthcare business) and two years of work in a hospital and/or managed care setting with demonstrated experience in enrollment functions.
  • Access to classified information necessitates individual initiative and the ability to keep secrets.
  • In fulfilling position responsibilities, demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, and competence.
  • Ability to grasp government payor concerns and handle problems with Medicare/Medicaid executives; strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Possessing high-quality social skills and the flexibility to modify one’s approach as needed.
