The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide range of audits, inspections, tests, and other measures to ensure that all work performed under this contract, including but not limited to service calls, alterations, routine maintenance, and the repair and upkeep of electrical, electronic, and HVAC systems, adheres to all applicable procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Full data collection forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory records must be completed to back up testing processes.
• Perform a thorough inspection of all returned items to identify the specific problem and make notes of your findings.
• Make suggestions on whether the data should be released by interpreting test results, comparing them to specified requirements, and considering control limitations.
• Raw materials, finished goods, environmental samples, stability samples, in-process materials, and environmental samples should all be tested on a regular and sporadic basis.
• It is necessary to evaluate blueprints to ascertain the client’s most pressing requirements and to quantify those requirements.
• performs regular tests in both the field and the lab. measuring, mechanically, and visually examining things and processes
• manages manufacturing and oversees the gathering of quality control samples.
• Perform a quality examination on new part samples, then note the results.
• Product dimensions and surface quality should be measured and inspected on a sampling basis to ensure conformity with all established quality standards.
• Inspect each step to ensure it meets the quality criteria and client specifications you have established.

Skills:

• Make good use of the company’s technical, quality assurance, and other personnel resources by establishing and maintaining strong connections with these groups.
• A demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively under time constraints is required.
• Extraordinary initiative, focus, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• You need at least three years of experience supervising people before you can be a Quality Manager or an Engineering Manager.
• Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or quality assurance.
