Job Description

The Program Administrator is responsible for five main areas, including students, faculty, staff, finances, office operations, and alumni and institutional relations.

Job Title : Remote Program Administrator
Location : Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary : $ 34.97 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Performs research and data collection for use in department reports. Maintains data integrity by doing first analysis. Provides suggestions for the structure and content of the report to best present the results.
  • restricts access to sensitive information, such as faculty or staff personnel files, and ensures confidentiality.
  • Work with faculty, other offices, and collaborating institutions to assist in the management of all aspects of the program.
  • Plans and executes the program’s day-to-day activities. Takes charge of communicating program guidelines to stakeholders and determining how they should be implemented, including handling requests for policy interpretations and any necessary exceptions.
  • Provides support for the management of contracts and grants. Keeps an eye on spending, generates reports, and turns them in. Provides information, troubleshoots issues, and arranges site visits for funding agency officers and university contract administrators.
  • writes or supervises the drafting of business letters, reports, private documents and forms, and other related materials. Reviews and signatures will be done when time and the situation permit.
  • manages and proposes program funding and resource allocations. On request, we will provide you with an update on the company’s financial status.
  • oversees the department’s PR initiatives, including meetings, seminars, and other events. Negotiates terms with service providers for use of facilities, provision of services, provision of amenities, provision of guest lodging, etc. prepares and/or disseminates promotional materials.
  • the coordination of program needs with related departments (human resources, financial services, student services, etc.)
  • Support and participate in the program’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, a highly collaborative work style, and excellent communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required; four additional years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Three (3) years’ experiences in the field are necessary at a minimum.
  • proven skill in managing a budget and supervising administrative operations.
  • Ability with computers, particularly Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat for PDF creation and editing, and online meeting tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
