Qualifications:

• Clients are given financial options to assist them reach their objectives. Payment, deposit, loan, and investment products could all be used as solutions (with appropriate licensing)

• puts an emphasis on building connections with Operations Leaders, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Small Business Colleagues, and other line-of-business partners, as well as acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones (COIs).
• Capability to fulfill all customer requests and utilize all available technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Manage a cash box and make sure it’s always balanced.

• Helps with the mentoring and training of tellers and other branch professionals as needed.

Skills:

• a proven ability to persuade others to see things your way in the workplace; you’ll be working closely with the sales teams for Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
• 1 year of experience establishing relationships with both current and potential customers, reaching sales targets, and creating referral networks.
• ability to work irregular hours, including some nights and weekends
• proficiency with a computer (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.).
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with consumers and small businesses, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
