The Operations Analyst is in charge of ensuring that controls, such as trade confirmations and reconciliations, are put in place across a wide range of asset types. Trade settlement, cash and position management, and the continuous enhancement of operational efficacy are also top considerations.

Qualifications:

• Escalation of pressing issues, deterioration of operational controls, and old reconciling inconsistencies.
• Analyze your daily collateral requirements. To reduce credit risk for clients, track counterparty exposure and move collateral.
• Instruct, monitor, and verify the settlement of trades and position and currency transfers.
• Leverage commercial relationships with counterparts in order to negotiate and accelerate the implementation of operational solutions and improvements.
• Create information system manuals, guides, and other forms of documentation.
• Propose solutions, communicate with programmers, and put new features through their paces as you help automate operational procedures.
• To reduce mistakes and wasteful spending, investigate and fix trade and account discrepancies as soon as possible.
• On daily operations and transformation projects, collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
• As the team’s business analyst, you will review and process change requests.
• Confirm trades and other transactions with several parties, such as brokers and custodians.

Skills:

• Audit and provide business suggestions and comments on different company areas and job activities.
• Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are examples of basic computer skills.
• Across several business departments, track, produce, and disseminate metrics.
• The SDLC/SELC (Systems Development Life Cycle/Systems Engineering Life Cycle) in its most basic form
• To outline operational business insights and enhancements, synthesize analysis into properly written memos and presentations.
