A financial consultant is presently being sought to join our team. By using a consultative approach to assess, educate, and meet members’ financial needs, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for both current and potential members in your capacity as a financial consultant. You’ll demonstrate flexibility and awareness of all procedures and processes related to both teller and platform operations. You’ll look for chances to direct members to business, mortgage, home equity, and investment services as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Using their knowledge of taxes and investment strategies, they counsel clients based on their individual needs and goals.
  • Throughout the origination process, keep up a high standard of client care.
  • builds and sustains productive partnerships with institutional plan sponsors.
  • Handle all aspects of member service, including but not limited to: account opening and closing, loan applications, problem resolution, product marketing, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards on individual origination pipeline.
  • keeps up with changes to corporate regulations, underwriting and investor criteria, and processing techniques.
  • Provides outstanding service to retirement plan members and carries out their requests for transactions and services through regular interaction.
  • meets the management-set personal performance and production targets for the month and the year.
  • Participants are advised on tax-deferred annuities, pension plans, and other investment opportunities in order to assist customers preserve and grow their assets.
  • In charge of satisfying members’ needs in terms of service, education, and information, as well as finances.

Skills:

  • Capacity to work well with others and swiftly adapt to new situations through open and honest communication and the deployment of appropriate resources.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, confidentiality management, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.
  • You need to be an expert in Microsoft Office and any other departmental internal systems.
  • Experience working as a teller for at least six months is required, and familiarity with platform operations is a plus. Three to five years of direct member contact experience in offering financial goods and services is preferable.
  • Precision in computation, detail in procedure, promptness in processing, and fairness in weighing of negotiating instruments.
