In order to join our creative team, you must be a seasoned and versatile design director. We require a design and art direction guru to conceptualize and execute stunning visuals and media for our advertising campaigns. This includes but is not limited to product photography, motion graphics design, package design and illustration, and layout and design. You take great delight in providing visual solutions that are focused on the needs of your clients, and this aspect of your work is crucial. You are a genius when it comes to figuring out how to fix things. You are able to work well with people from other departments to deliver successful marketing campaigns and products. Most importantly, though, you are a visionary leader who can motivate the creative team to think outside the box and develop a coherent strategy for the brand’s visual identity.

Qualifications:

• Responsible for coordinating efforts across the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate teams, as well as other divisions, to achieve the company’s strategic and brand objectives.
• make sure the initiatives you’re in charge of go beyond their initial goals and discover new avenues for growth within the client’s company
• Brand guidelines (such as typography, materials, and color palettes) must be consistently applied across all touch points, even as we grow our existing services and launch new ones.
• Effective execution of the creative concept calls for coordination across the strategy and creative teams, the product designers and motion designers, the production teams, and the suppliers.
• Demonstrate an adventurous spirit and a love for exploring new design territory. Develop campaign thoughts and ideas with the guidance of Creative Directors while working on a wide range of projects.
• You need to have the guts to fight for innovative design solutions and stand up for risky ideas.
• The designer actively directs and monitors the entire production process before any samples are generated to ensure that the product is at its peak quality.
• Craft methods of leadership and creativity for our Design Team that will help them produce work of which they can be proud and which will serve as an example to other designers.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, coworkers, and others in the industry on how to best address business challenges while satisfying both brand and consumer expectations. Our team consists of Art Directors, Strategists, Project Managers, and Account Coordinators, all of whom you will work closely with.
• In charge of assembling a collection of eye-catching, customer-centric assets for use in advertising, marketing, and product development.

• Adherence to and promotion of brand standards for aesthetic and communicative excellence, as well as a thorough understanding of how creativity can be used to achieve business goals.
• You need to be flexible and sure of your skills (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). able to pick up new material quickly and take charge if necessary
• Successful idea and campaign design skills; shown success working on integrated projects employing digital, social, and/or new media; the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• This portfolio features both digital and analog projects, as well as retail, product/service, and narrative design.
• Excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail are on full display in the carefully considered logo, typeface, color scheme, and layout, as well as the accompanying drawings.
