This position is tasked with maintaining and submitting accurate financial statements and records. This person is in charge of overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end procedures for Consolidation and Financial Reporting. Company’s Finance Manager works closely with all divisions to ensure that all of the company’s finances are in order. For strategic planning, financial monitoring, and financial leadership, the Controller will work closely with the Shared Services Executive team.

Qualifications:

• Consolidate and reconcile all accounts in accordance with all accrual schedules and general journal entries for monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.
• Examine the monthly account evaluations and reconciliations performed by the accounting staff.
• Coaching, training, and mentoring of other team members are all forms of proactive talent management used by the best leaders.
• Ensure that GAAP and/or regulatory regulations are being followed, and that any necessary adjustments are being made.
• Senior executives should have analysis and financial data to help them make decisions.
• Analyze and suggest ways to enhance the compliance of internal control systems.
• Accounting personnel, other stakeholders, and customers all need to be effectively communicated with at various levels.
• Take part in the creation and monitoring of operational and capital budgets.
• To meet the ever-increasing needs of our varied company, you’ll need to lead, assist, and grow the accounting staff.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational and financial reporting.

Skills:

• 3+ years of expertise in the preparation or direction of financial statements, company activity reports, financial situation predictions, yearly budgets or reports needed by regulatory bodies.
• Three or more years of experience designing internal control policies, standards, and procedures for tasks including budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• When starting a new firm or function in a hard environment, this person is excellent at encouraging others and developing trust. A seasoned business associate.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in a financial-related field, or have worked in the field for an equal number of years, or a combination of both.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator; able to explain complicated ideas and risk considerations to stakeholders and have an impact on their decision-making.
