This Bookkeeper position is ideal for an organized and self-motivated accounting professional seeking a fast-paced, deadline-driven role. You will be responsible for month-end accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and account reconciliation in this position. In addition to full-cycle accounting, bookkeepers monitor journal entries or general ledger reconciliations and conduct data entry and cash applications.

  • The ability to clearly and successfully communicate information to various internal and external audiences.
  • Through managers and team members, ensures high levels of performance, goal attainment, and quality of outcomes.
  • Verifies and uploads information of business transactions within a company’s business sector, such as monies received and distributed, as well as conducting a full audit of relevant documents.
  • Assisting and assisting the Controller in the direction of accounting and bookkeeping operations.
  • Helps with the evaluation and preparation of new systems or programs, as well as upgrades to already existing systems or programs, and provides technical help.
  • Fiscal/financial transactions should be recorded in various financial information systems.
  • Processing receivables, making sure charge entries are accurate and timely, and making payments are all under your purview.
  • Data input for direct bill commissions comprises publishing statements to a subsidiary platform.
  • Monitoring the capital planning process include accumulating support, observing the bid process, assisting management with the appraisal of the scope of work and specifications, and ensuring that the property is adequately maintained.
  • Prepares written communications, reports, and maintains documents, records, activity diaries, tables, coding guides, or automated databases related to accounting operations and activities.


  • Work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks are two other important qualities that must be present in a new hire.
  • Possessing a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, management, computer information systems, or a similar profession.
  • Particularly good at interacting with persons from the technical and financial fields in terms of interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to multitask and pay close attention to the smallest of details distinguishes this self-starter from the pack.
  • For this role, you must have experience in accounting, auditing, payroll processing, or tax preparation.
