Qualifications:

• Efficiently performs all elements of patient care, documenting in accordance with set standards, and effectively communicating with patients to limit the risk of medical/health care mistakes.
• Residents’ views and recommendations are taken into consideration while adjusting care programs. Coordinate the activities of other members of the healthcare team to assess, design, execute, and monitor resident care plans in a timely manner. Consults.

Skills:
